  Hi, I’m trying to upgrade my blog and acquire a domain and the card keeps getting declined. I have money in they card and it works in other websites, but it keeps getting declined here—and I tried in several separate dates.

  It looks like the transaction was declined by your financial institution. You will need to reach out to the card issuer directly for more information on why the payment method was declined.
