Upgrade payment failing

  I want to upgrade however your site keeps rejecting my card. We are a non profit and have no problem with our card and our bank says the same. Please let me know how I can pay and upgrade! Thanks

  Below are the only accepted means of payment.

  WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

  If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country.

  In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.

  The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

  I tried paying with a local banks Mastercard for our business which works for all other transactions and I am in the USA. I called the bank and they said the transaction is being canceled from WordPress.com however I have no means to contact WordPress.com

  I want to pay for this service however they have from what I can find …… zero customer service, zero billing assistance, absolutely no help when it comes to billing issues. Terrible and I don’t know how to pay for the site I built!!!!!
