    I am trying to upgrade my website and my payment keeps getting declined – the error message is ‘The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE.’

    Please assist me in completing this transaction.

    Hello Alex,

    I can’t see any hindrances on the account with being able to make a purchase on our end.

    ‘The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE.’

    You may wish to reach out to the bank to make sure the payment method is functioning as intended.
