Upgrade Payment Paypal

  Dear support,

  Unfortunately I can not pay my upgrade by Paypal. After I’ve been redirected to Paypal and clicked on Agree and Pay, I’ll be redirected to WordPress. However, no upgrade is available and everything is still in the shopping cart.
  Payment by credit card is not possible.
  Do you have a solution?

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and saw that we received a Paypal 1001 error:

  Here are some possible causes for the 10001 Internal Error message when using the DirectPayment API:

  •The card has failed a CVV2 check at least six times within a 30-day period.
  •The billing country in the request is different than the card’s actual billing country.
  •The state name was not passed as a two-letter abbreviation for a US state.
  •You have tried an authorization for a currency other than USD.

  Please make sure that none of those issues above apply to your card. Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!
