upgrade payment problem

  I want to upgrade to .com, but when I get to the payment option, the paypal button won’t activate. I had this problem while upgrading another blog, and you walked me through it, but I don’t remember what you/we did. I think it was a setting on my laptop, but I’m on a different laptop now.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  it looks like your using either Internet Explorer 7, or Internet Explorer 9 in Compatibility Mode.

  If you are using IE 9, please disable compatibility mode.

  If you are using IE 7, please upgrade or switch to a more modern browser.
