Upgrade plan

Hi Im trying to upgrade my plan but it wants me to pay in mexican pesos not USD – I was recently blogging in cancun so this could be why – but Im back in Texas and don’t want to pay exchange fees. I’ve tried logging out and back in but still isn’t working – could you help please?
