Hi, it appears my wp site business plan has lapsed and I am trying to upgrade to my previous plan but I am unable to do so. I am receiving an error related to Jetpak. How do I go about fixing this and upgrading as I have done for the previous 2 years. Thankyou so much for your help, it is very appreciated.

I’ve sent you a link via email to pay for the renewal of the plan. Once you complete that payment, please comment here and we can get the plan reactivated on your site again.

Hi, Thanks so much. I have now made payment but I’m receiving an new error “We couldn’t find your account. If you already have an account, make sure you have connected to WordPress.com.” I’m using all my correct login details, I’m not sure what the issue is now and how to get around it? Thanks for your help its appreciated.

Okay, I’ve reactivated the plan on your site, and everything appears to be working again to me. You should now be able to log into Admin as well. But if you still see any errors, please let us know – it would be best if you start a live chat so we can help you in real time.
