  I am running 12 sites at the moment and planning to run all the websites using one admin panel so that i can easily manage all my sites with one admin. Now my query is: i want to install my own paid themes as well as some plugins. So can you suggest the best plan for me. Also is there any hosting needed for all these websites or wordpress.com is providing free hosting for these websites. Please guide me little bit about it and also let me know how to make the single plugin visible to all sites and how can i install 12 different themes in 12 websites but one plugin to all sites?

  Hi @einsteinsmarts, you’ve got a few options.

  WordPress.com provides hosting as well as support, security, and upgrade management for the sites using our paid plans. We allow themes and plugins, but only on our Business plan. You would need one plan for each site: https://wordpress.com/plans

  Or you could host the sites elsewhere and use our Jetpack plugin to connect them to this interface, so that you could still manage all of the sites in one place. You would need to take care of support, security, and Management, though Jetpack also has some features and upgrades that offer backups and security. More info here:
