Upgrade Plan

  I need to upgrade my WordPress plan to the Business plan that includes live chat support. I am trying to build a professional looking website, and it is nearly impossible to do, when the only help that I have is sifting through endless support forums. Everything that I see where I can potentially upgrade, just leads me to the stupid JetPack stuff. I have the basic Jetpack and its good enough, but WordPress is lacking. Please help me figure out how to make it easier to upgrade to a Business plan. The one time that I did find the page, it asked me to login, but I was already logged in, and it wouldn’t let me log in while I was logged in. Then I lost the page I was on. If WordPress likes to make money, then they should make it a little more user friendly to upgrade plans!

  Hey there! I’m sorry to hear you haven’t had the best experience yet.

  Your site is not (currently) hosted here on our services, but rather uses Bluehost. If you’d like, you’d be welcome to import it here.
  https://wordpress.com/support/import/

  You’d need to start with a new site as well. I’d recommend starting with https://asterranch.wordpress.com/ — once you’ve upgraded and imported your content, you can add your custom domain to that so it replaces the free address and makes your new site live.
