  Hi, I would like to upgrade my plan as my page is down, however WordPress does not allow me to. Instead I keep ending up on a blank site once I select upgrade my plan. Can you please send me a direct link for payment so that I can re-activate our website?

  Hi! To re-upgrade that site, can you log out and log back in with the email address that gets renewal reminders? Once you’ve done that, you can manage upgrades here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Note there’s a chargeback fee on that as well, separate from the hosting charges, that will need to be settled. Please log into the correct account (here’s how to regain access if needed), then let us know if you need more help.
