  Hello! I just tried to upgrade to the personal plan. I tried twice to submit payment and an error came up and nothing was upgraded. However, it put two pending charges on my credit card. Please advise on how to pay for the upgrade and reap the benefits and remove the other pending charge.

  I do not see any upgrades that were billed to this user account, mersinamarie. Did you receive an email receipt from WordPress.com already?
