Upgrade/Plan issue after refund from business plan

Hi!! I originally had the premium plan (built the whole site with it) and decided to briefly try the business plan but realized it wasn’t what I needed, so I got a refund. However, it appears the refund set me all the way to a free plan rather than putting me back to the premium plan I originally had. So now my domain name has the .wpcomstaging in it and also the homepage video is locked. I really just want it to be what it was prior to the business upgrade – how can I do this?
I attempted to upgrade again, but when I click on the upgrade page, the entire thing loads as a completely blank screen. No idea why.
Also, I thought the amount I was refunded for was only the amount that the business upgrade cost ($357.22 ), so I’m not sure why it would take away my premium plan, too, since I already paid for that originally. Unless I have my pricing wrong lol.

Downgrading from a plan will not switch you to the previous plan. It will switch to the Free plan. Downgrading to a lower plan level requires our intervention.
I understand that you want to switch to the WordPress.com Premium plan valid till 2026-08-09.
