Upgrade Plan Options

I would like to add a MP3 audio file to my WordPress page. I understand that I will need to upgrade to the personal or premium plan. I am not a power user but relatively tech savvy. Please let me know if the personal plan will accomodate my need to upload audio files. Thank you.

Upload audio to your site
You can upload the files to your site if you have the WordPress.com Premium or WordPress.com Business plan. From: https://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/ -
WordPress.com is the domain here and all sites hosted by wordpress.com are on .wordpress.com free hosted sub domains like this one http://gavelph.wordpress.com/

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Dashboard> Store > My Upgrades

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
