Upgrade plan to Business

We purchased the premium plan but seems the HTML code we need access to is locked behind business. Is there a way to upgrade the plan that we just purchased to the business plan without having to pay full price for the business plan?

You can click below and upgrade to the WordPress.com Business plan by paying the difference. It’s automatically prorated, so you will not be double-charged.
Please note that the WordPress.com Premium plan was purchased using a different WordPress.com account, not the @paochelpdesk account you posted this from. So make sure to log into the other account and click this link to upgrade.

We have upgraded to business using the main account – however our iframe html code is still be removed upon updating pages. Any fix for this or do we have to wait a certain amount of time?

Hi @paochelpdesk, you would need to be on the Business Plan and then change your hosting configuration to support outside code. It looks like that’s done. Are you still having trouble adding iframes?
