  You find the accepted payment methods for a WordPress.com plan, domain, and other services we offer at https://wordpress.com/support/payment/#methods-of-payment. Payment over the phone are amongst the not accepted methods.

  Hi @amolamol999 – it’s possible your payment type does not support International online purchases. What we recommend is calling the support line for the payment method you wish to use and make sure they do not block your purchase attempts when you try to upgrade your site here.
