upgrade plans
-
Hi there,
I have already sent you a request for help asking if that’s possible to be billed monthly.
However, yesterday I realized that you guys sell the WP Pro plan for 15 Euros per month: https://wordpress.com/pricing/ ; since the only option that I see from my own profile is $20 dollars per month ($240 dollars yearly –> 220 Euros), I was wondering why am I visualizing this difference (I mean, actually I know: targeted marketing tactics) and if I can upgrade for 15 Euros per month. Thanks!

The price does vary from country to country. Here in the UK I am expected to pay £180 when $180 is actually less than £138. What country are you based in as you could be seeing Canadian or Australian dollars. This thread has been tagged to ask a member of staff if they could check your account.

Hi there,
As @themagicrobot correctly pointed out, the pricing for the plan is different from country to country.
You should upgrade using the currency of the country you reside in.

Hey guys,
thanks for your prompt answers. I’ve actually tried to reply by phone but the email wasn’t delivered for some reasons.
The thing is that I am viewing the $240 upgrade value from my WP dashboard – and I’m located in Italy so I should be viewing it in Euros – and when I open another tab and look up WP pricing it tells me 15 Euros per month.
I’m sure that anyone from the staff could easily double-check on this.
So, long story short, can I eventually get the Euros-denominated pricing (15 per month)?
Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
I checked and the currency under your account was set to Australian Dollars. Therefore, I have changed the currency under your account from AUD to EUR. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
