upgrade plans

    we downgraded plans, but are now at the free plan and want the explorer $8 per month plan. when I try to upgrade it tells me that plan is not compatible with this site. what do I need to do to get that plan activated?

    Hi there,

    You had the Business/Creator Plan which is not compatible with the free, starter, or the explorer plans.

    In order to use one of those plans, we need to downgrade your site.

    We must confirm that you understand:

    1. Any content (pages, posts, media, comments, etc) added after adding outside themes and plugins will be lost.
    2. Any custom content created by plugins and themes will not be carried over.
    3. Plugins and third-party themes can no longer be used.
    4. The site will revert to using the old theme.

    Please make backups, and ensure you have your content ready to re-upload if needed. We can proceed once you’ve confirmed.
