  Can we upgrade at any point in time after a plan has been selected?

  Yes! You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime you want. In fact, you’ll get credits from the remaining period in your current plan. So you won’t be double-charged for upgrading to a higher plan. :)

  How does the email upgrade work? Can we add any email we like & does this work with the £3 plan?

  You can use third-party email services if you wish. You can also subscribe to Professional Email, which is free for the first three months. You can add as many mailboxes as you wish.
