upgrade premium error
-
Hi,
I am trying to upgrade to premium. Once I want to fill in my credit card details the page automatically pops back to the Plans page https://wordpress.com/plans/homius.wordpress.com
Once I try in other browsers the same issue occurs. Every time I click upgrade and want to fill in my details it hits back to the previous page.
Looking forward to your support.

Hello vindenzonderzoeken!
I saw you have the Premium plan in your account now. Let us know if you have any other question. :)

I would like to use blog.website.nl is this possible or can I only use website.nl/blog ?
-
Actually using website.nl/blog would be the best, but how do I make these settings that the WordPress site is redirected to this URL?
Many thanks.

If website.nl is a site hosted with another provider, you will need to use the subdomain (blog.website.nl) for the site here on WordPress.com.
You can set up domain mapping to a subdomain by following these instructions:

Hi,
Thanks for this. My hosting provider had me paying EUR 25 to get WordPress installed on their platform so I may use blog.website.nl to where website.wordpress.com is directed.
Now I end up in a new empty dashboard. Instead of configurating all again and copying my previous content, is there a way to copy my current blog to the new empty/new blog (read empty dashboard)?
Many thanks ;((

Sure! You can transfer your content between WordPress sites.
If you are moving content from your self-hosted WordPress site to your WordPress.com site, you can do that by following these instructions:

Hi, thanks but I was trying to say that I am moving content from a WordPress site to a self-hosted site, so it is the other way around. I cannot find Export in my WordPress version as the dashboard is a different/newer version. Hopefully there is way to make this happen?
-
Sorry about that!
Here are the instructions for transferring content from WordPress.com to a self-hosted WordPress site:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/
You can reach the export option through the classic dashboard. Using your example site name of website.wordpress.com, that can be reached by adding /wp-admin to the end of the URL like this:
website.wordpress.com/wp-admin -
