Upgrade price different than advertised

    I received an email from Anne at WordPress.com on Aug 7 at 9:10 PM The email offered an opportunity to upgrade to the Personal plan for $3 per month. I thought about it for a few days and on Aug 27 or 28, I clicked on the button to upgrade my site “conchohousechurch.wordpress.com” to the Personal plan and was presented with a dialog to pay for the upgrade at $48. Three dollars per month for 12 months comes out to $36.

    I was OK with $36 but not sure about $48. How come the switch?

    There was no price switching. Maybe you are referring to monthly payments. There are none. We are billed annually. https://wordpress.com/pricing/
