upgrade problem

    Hello,
    I purchased Zuki theme last week. I believe it was november 5th or 4th.
    But to this day there’s no sign of Zuki on any of my blogs.
    Could you confirm the purchase please.
    My name is Sonia Gaumont.
    My blogs are ayanayogalille, and artdevivreyoga.
    Could you please confirm if the purchase was made or not.

    I didn’t receive any purchase confirmation email from you after the transaction.
    Has my credit card been charged or not?
    It is usually what happens in times of purchase, so it’s a clue I think.

    I’m not seeing any charge on your account. Can you check your credit card details and let me know if you see a charge from WordPress.com? It would appear as wpchrg.com.
