Upgrade problemms

    Hi. I had the 9/month subscription for my website but I decided to upgrade so I could try out some plug-ins. However, the plug-ins weren’t what I was looking for, so i cancelled the upgrade and got a refund. However, now its reverted back to the free version instead of the 9/month sub. Whenever I try to upgrade on my own back to my original plan, I get an error stating that I can’t add the upgrade to my cart. Can you help me fix this?

    Hey there,

    I have successfully restored your previous monthly Starter plan. Your plan will renew on 2024-03-31, and I recommend adding a payment method for your plan so it can auto-renew. It’s also important to note that your site will also revert since the plan was canceled, which will remove any plugins and third-party themes you installed.
