Upgrade purchased but blog still not active

  where is my upgrade? even using the “wordpress.com” extension my blog has not been visible for weeks. HELP

  Hi,

  Your domain ( lifedesigncolorado.com ) expired on October 7th, which is why your site hasn’t been working. I updated the “primary domain” via your dashboard’s Store->Domains link at https://lifedesigncolorado.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains so you’ll be able to see the http://lifedesigncolorado.wordpress.com/ site.

  At this point, the domain is in what is known as redemption. This means that the domain provider is putting the domain up to auction. We can petition to get it back, though if a bid has been placed on it, we won’t be able to retrieve it.

  For the petition, I’ll send you a payment request for the renewal that was due in October ($18) plus the $80 late fee that is imposed on us by the domain provider. Once that’s paid, I’ll petition for the domain’s retrieval. If we get it back, if you’d like, I can apply the domain credit for your recently purchased Premium bundle to give the domain another year (making it expire in October 2015).

  If we’re unable to get the domain back, the full payment will be refunded to you.
