Upgrade Question

  If I wanted to choose a template and make it customizable, would the customizable feature be included in the $99 business package or would I have to also purchase the $30 (per year) upgrade as well, equalling $129?

  The $ 99.- / year package includes the ability to change the looks of a theme ( Custom Design / CSS ) in it.

  Upgrades here are EXACTLY what they list – no more no less
