Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your Dashboard → Store → My Upgrades. I’ve just paid this year’s upgrades and bundled the WP Premium package yet can’t insert media. How long does the system take to recognize I have paid for more space?

My question is: My domain is due for renewal on January 9th. My upgrade to premium is due for renewal on january 13th. Do I need to pay for renewals on both? I though the premium upgrade included the domain name? I’d like an answer before tomorrow when the upgrade is due so that I will have time to cancel it if necessary.

Hi @listeningaloud, actually your domain name shouldn’t expire before the plan. Typically our system will fix this for you, but I’ve fixed it on our end. You’ll just be renewing Premium once each year from here, and that will also extend your domain by a year. Thanks!
