Upgrade Refund

    Hello, I attempted, before the 48 hour limit was over, to obtain a refund on the Premium upgrade I had purchased and was told it would take 12 hours to process. We purchased the upgrade on Sunday, December 1st and attempted to gain a refund on Tuesday, December 3rd, before the limit. I never received an email that the process was completed and I received no refund.

  • I’d be happy to refund your WordPress.com Premium Upgrade for you. Since you’ve used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:

    1) I can refund your entire Premium purchase, including your domain gauntlet3d.com. This will lead to a total refund of €80. Your domain will become unavailable for several weeks; after this period, anyone may purchase the domain name. If you’d like a complete refund, and are okay with the prospect of potentially losing gauntlet3d.com, this is the way you’ll want to proceed.

    2) If you want to keep your domain, I can refund your Premium purchase, less the domain registration fee. This will lead to a total refund of €58. You will be able to continue to use your domain name, gauntlet3d.com, or you can transfer it to use with another service elsewhere.
