Upgrade refund?

  Hello, I was recently charge $99 for the auto-renew from the 14day trial. I was so swamped with work and classes that it slipped my mind to cancel the service before I was charged. Money is tight so I was wondering if I could receive a refund? I haven’t even had a chance to use this service. Please, Staff, anyone, a little help please?
