Upgrade Refund

I was billed for a premium upgrade renewal that I don’t have access to (since I can’t contact support directly). I would like to ensure the WP premium upgrade renewal is cancelled and refunded.

I had a premium bundle that was renewed a month in advance with no notice in advance. I saw an email saying I was billed $99 for a premium bundle. I would like to cancel my premium account and be refunded. I have no use for a premium WordPress account this year.

The renewal of all domain mapping upgrade is commenced one month prior to expiry so we do not lose the domains if something goes wrong and have to pay for redemption fees. We still get the full value for the full year. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
Also note that removing domain mapping means breaking every link that appears in the SERPs (search engine page results) and every link anywhere it is posted on the internet. When the domain links are clicked the person clicking will, get a 404 error (page not found).
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. I understand auto-renewals on domain registration renewals are not granted after a certain amount of time, but I’m seeking a refund for the WP premium account I don’t need.

It sounds like you want to cancel your premium upgrade for the site adpragdotcom.wordpress.com, but you want to keep the domain name adprag.com. Is that right?
If so, I can process that refund for you right away.

This is done. You should see the funds returned to the card you used to purchase the upgrade within a week.
