Upgrade Refund

  I was charged $26.00 today for my wordpress upgrade refund. My account says that it auto-renews on 1/28 but I was charged on 1/12. When I hit “Cancel and Refund “thefullcourt-press”, it says that “This upgrade cannot be cancelled.” How do I go about getting my refund?

  Just to be clear, the emails were being sent to an incorrect email address.
