Upgrade refund.

I spent $99 to upgrade my account to premium level and another $199 to upgrade to business level. You said you will give me full refund within 30days, but why you just refund me $199? What about the $99?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours and is clearly stated here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I know that it will take 48 hours. But I got the email saying that you will refund me $199 which is the amount to upgrade from premium level to business level.If you only refund me $199, my account should be a premium account. However, it is a free account now. How can I request for the $99?

I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
