Upgrade Refund

It’s been 7-10 business days and I still haven’t received my refund. Why is that??

Hi there,
We processed the refund back to you on 4/18 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
