Upgrade refund

  Hey there

  So I had a personal plan due to expire later in the year and upgraded. I then had a change of heart and suddenly I find myself on a free plan and continue with the personal plan which I had paid for last year. It appears to have now disappeared. What gives?

  Hi there,

  When you upgraded to Premium, the Personal Plan was removed from your account, and in such a case it doesn’t get restored automatically if you then cancel the new Premium Plan. Only staff can assist with plan downgrades like that.

  I’ve now restored your original Personal Plan and domain mapping upgrade. Please make sure to add a new payment method for automatic renewal from the Purchases page should you want the plan to renew automatically.
