upgrade renewal

  The site says “upgrade currently being renewed”. I think I’ve given new credit card info with 11/17 expiry date. But I still got another notice. What’s happening. Thank you. Dr McGavin

  Hi there,

  So it looks like you are correct. When it says the upgrade is currently being renewed it means that it is still being processed. Check back in a couple days and to see if it has gone through. If not, reply back to me and I can take a further look.
