Upgrade renewal

  I was in India when my upgrade expired or you had trouble renewing it with paypal. I want to renew it, but I’m not sure exactly what it was (last renewed in Nov. of 2012). So far, I don’t see any changes on my blog but I’m afraid to do anything manually, because I’m afraid I’ll screw something up. Please let me know what I can do–the PayPal account should be active. If not, let me know.

  You should be able to see the status of your upgrades at

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades – this is where you can renew upgrades – payment info etc – status of upgrades

  Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History – shows what you have been charged and when

  Note: You need to be logged in as the EXACT owner of an upgrade to renew it – is there another account you might have used?

  Which upgrades are you concerned about?
