Upgrade required prompt but no customized style applied

  Hi, I got prompted with the upgrade required due to customized style but I’m sure there is no customized style applied. Rest to default option is greyed out as well.

  Tried clearing cache and changing browser but it doesn’t help.

  Any idea? Thanks!
