Upgrade & Site Name

Hi,
I’m just trying to upgrade my account, but when I get to step 3 and provide my site name or choose any other alternative to move forward to step 4, the system keeps sending me back to step 3. Does anyone know how to progress to get my account upgraded, please?

Aloha jucbad, I would try logging out and clearing your browser cache to see if that makes a difference:

Can you try going through this link and upgrading:
If that does not work, can you try a different browser and seeing if the issue repeats itself?
If THAT doesn’t work, please reply here and I can dig into this further for you.

What EXACTLY are you typing in step 3? Can you provide me a screenshot of the step three screen after you have typed but before you submit?
