Upgrade support- which upgrade?

Hi there. I have a blog which I’d like to upgrade. I need to add quite a few additional links and buttons (Time Trade, Eventbrite, Paypal, Mailchimp, etc. I am looking at Forefront and am happy to pay to upgrade my current theme to the Premium theme (or is it business I need?), but I really really don’t have time to set it all up and would love to know if anyone has a service which can do this for me. I have a logo, and a strap line, so I just need it all to be integrated and synched across the board. I guess this also means I need that person to get the Eventbrite, Mailchimp and Time trade designs all synched too and looking good for each of their formats. Who can do this for me? Is it a multiple role? Can anyone recommend someone who’s in the know and can do this much faster than me? Would love to step up to the next level with WordPress, so please let me know your thoughts.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

See here for details of all 3 plans http://store.wordpress.com/bundles/
Note that none of the plans allow you to run advertising or to upload your own themes or plugins. WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped for eCommerce transactions. If you need a site that requires a custom theme or plugins — e.g., if you want to be able to sell things directly from your site, or if you want to install discussion forums — a self-hosted WordPress site might be right for you. See here for the comparison http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Also note that other Volunteers will come along and assist you but it’s critical that you understand the differences between free hosted WordPress.com blogs and WordPress.org installs, as the two are completely separate.

Mailchimp – If you want to use MailChimp with your WordPress.com site you can do so by creating a link to the signup form on MailChimp. Here’s the info from MailChimp Support http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-to-add-a-mailchimp-signup-form-to-your-wordpress-blog

Thank you Timethief. I’m pretty sure WordPress.com is OK for me- it’s more a time issue….I just want to pay someone else to set up all the plugins and help me out with setting the same things up on Mailchimp, etc. If you can recommend anyone that would be great.

Sorry my use of the word Plugins is probably wrong! I have just discovered Tweaky https://www.tweaky.com and am getting a quote from them :)
