upgrade to 3.0 issues

Hello, I just upgraded my blog to 3.0 and after this, the tags are not working, the pictures are not being added for new posts. I also notice that the pictures take me to another page, showing same option as before but is weird having to go to another page, and when I add the picture, takes me to a blank page, so I have to hit return, just to find out that there is no picture, no tags neither. All other is working fine. Can someone please tell me what may be wrong? How can I fix this issue? thank you

The site linked to your user name is a WordPress.com blog with no posts added by you. But your question seems to refer to WordPress.org blogs because wp.com blogs can not be upgraded to 3.0. On wp.com our versions are automatically done.
Please give us a link starting with http:// so we can see which blog/site you are asking about.
If you are asking about wp.ORG blogs then you are in the wrong help forum:

I think that you must try http://wordpress.org/support/ .
http://www.nutrionic.com/ is indeed hosted some place other than at wordpress.com
probably you are using wordpress.org software and paying someone to host your blog.Use the link I gave you above.our software on wp,COM is different and our answers won’t apply to your software on wp.ORG. as I linked above about the differences between .com and .org.
