hi I have clicked 5.5 upgrade, but now cannot access my dashboard for http://printsanew.jonnieturpie.com

I have also tried to log in to WordPress.org and my email and password that I use to access my dashboard are not being recognised

WordPress.org is entirely separate from how you log in to your site. If you’ve never posted for support there before, you will need to register for a new account.
