  Does the pricing listed on the upgrade page include migrating my free blog to the self-hosted platform, registering a domain name, and getting hosting plus whatever else I need in order to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If so, it does include a domain credit which can be used to register a custom domain: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

  You do not need to purchase a hosting provider to have your blog with WordPress.com, as WordPress.com is the host. If you ever choose to move to self-hosted, you will need to purchase a hosting provider.

  You can move to self-hosted WordPress at anytime regardless of plan: http://move.wordpress.com

  Hi ces1399,

  Just to add — our plans include the cost of hosting and one custom domain for sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  As @torres126 mentioned, you can move away from WordPress.com to a self hosted WordPress.org site any time:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  This is something you can do manually or through our paid Guided Transfer service (which isn’t included in the plan cost).
