Upgrade to buisness allow plugins?

  Hi,
  If I upgrade to business can I get plugins like skimlinks and yeost?
  I own my domain name and don’t want to lose everything by moving away from WordPress. I have a blog at blogger that is very successful. I am feeling a bit confused because many people encouraged me to make the jump but I am finding a lot of limitations. Any help or advice is welcomed. I have WordPress premium currently.

  Hi there. As users of WordPress.com, we aren’t able to upload plugins, even with an upgrade. We are limited to the features that are available in the menu already. The ability to install plugins is limited to sites that are hosted at third party web hosts using the free WordPress software available at WordPress.org.

  Thanks for your help. So I guess if I wanted these plugins I need to move my site to another host?
