  can i upgrade just for one month and then cancel
  When i export, will the image size stay the same

  Hi there,

  I wanted to first see what you are trying to export. I see that you purchased the Personal Plan. Your site never had the Business Plan, so you should not need it to export the content on your site. Please share more of what you want to do, and we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction for support.

  See my blog at DielamanSeaToSea – I want to export my written content along with the pictures, I want the pictures to stay the same size when I import using BlogBooker (or is there a better way to do this), and then import to Word

  Hi there, BlogBooker is a 3rd party service we are not directly connected with, so we’re not sure what they do on their end to handle images (or image sizes) as they import the content on their end.

  The export file is intended to transfer content to another WordPress site and is correctly formatted for that purpose. However, we’re unsure what would happen if you used that formatted file to translate it into a printed book. With this in mind, I recommend contacting BlogBooker directly and addressing your image size concerns with them directly. They should be able to help ensure that images are presented in the size you wish (in printed form.)
