Upgrade to Business

Good evening,
I have been trying to upgrade to Business by beginning the 14-day trial, however everytime I click Pay $0, it tells me that it cannot be processed. Credit card is valid, I contacted my bank and everything is okay.
I look forward to your immediate response.
