  Is the business upgrade per blog or per account

  If you upgrade to a business account is that per blog – or per account and you get the service on unlimited blogs?

  Note that none of the plans allow you to run advertising or to upload your own themes or plugins. WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped for eCommerce transactions. If you need a site that requires a custom theme or plugins — e.g., if you want to be able to sell things directly from your site, or if you want to install discussion forums — a self-hosted WordPress site might be right for you.

  When it says unlimited themes – that means all the themes that are marked premium will not be available free.

  That`s correct. No premium themes is ever available free of charge.

  If you dont mind me asking have you read and understood this http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ Id hate to see you focus on themes etc. and not get the fact that there is no blogging initiated advertising allowed on WordPress.com blogs, we cannot sell any product we do not personally make or any service we do not personally provided, and no upgrade changes anything stated in that entry.

  Huh? I am not asking about outside services. The premium themes that are on webpress. Are they now no charge with the business upgrade?

  The premium upgrade does NOT contain any Premium themes. Only the Business upgrade does.
