Upgrade to Business Account…

We are trying to upgrade our account from premium to business. We keep getting this error.
This plan was purchased by a different WordPress.com account. To manage this plan, log in to that account or contact the account owner.
We are a church that has had a lot of changes of priests, administration staff, and parishioners lately. We are not even sure who set up the premium account. Can we override this? We want to upgrade not downgrade.

Hi @jeanholman, splitting the upgrade between two accounts would cause you trouble down the road.
I recommend regaining access to the account with the paid upgrade. The payment you made will have a code that will help with account recovery:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-formThen, you can either transfer the upgrades to another account, or just make sure whoever is in charge of payments and upgrades always has access to that account.
