Upgrade to Business Plan / 20% off does not work

  Hi there,

  I upgraded to Personal Plan today, as I wanted to have access to some new features, but when I upgraded, I found out, that I actually have to upgrade to the Business Plan. So I cancelled again, but wanted to use the 20% off for the new plan (it says it is still an offer on my page) – but it says, the code is wrong…

  What can I do?

  Hi there,

  I tried again with [redacted] – but it doesn’t work. I can not upgrade my plan with the code. However, I got another email: “final reminder to get 20% off all plans” – but it doesn’t work.

  I received the email with the same code too but it was meant for Jetpack. Could you have a look at the email you received with the discount code, is it from WordPress.com or Jetpack?
