Upgrade to business plan paid for , but does not happen

    On 09-13-2016, I paid $199.00 online to upgrade to ‘business’ for one year. My associated wordpress sites showed ‘business plan’ for a few days, but now the plan shows as ‘free’. The transaction showed on my bank statement as: WPCHRG.COM [redacted by staff]. Please help me get what I paid for. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any upgrades in your account. The Business Plan also costs $299, not $199, so unless you upgraded from an existing Premium Plan you wouldn’t have paid that amount. Is it possible that you have another WordPress.com account which you used to make the purchase? If you can give me the URL of the site for which you bought the upgrade it might help me find the transaction.

    I have redacted some of the information you posted above. Please note this forum is public, so please don’t post any sensitive information here. If I require more detailed payment information I’ll take this to email, but let’s start with the site URL for now.
