Upgrade to have private domain and personalized theme

    Hi!

    I tried to search on wordpress.com but I couldn’t find the answer for my question. I have my own domain, but when I try to transfer it to WP, WP says I have to wait 60days. But I need to transfer it now. So can I transfer it right away when I upgrade to the plan 8$/month? Thank you very much. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hey irewardghs,

    To transfer your domain, it must be at least 60 days old. The domain registrar has the policy everyone have to follow.

    Please read this. https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/prepare-domain-for-transfer/

    And you check it to be sure with your domain provider.

    How to ask wordpress to give me “Records” to custom DNS?

    I mapped my domain to wordpress successfully.

    Hi there,

    You have successfully updated your domain’s name servers (DNS) to the WordPress.com’s ones and your domain is now pointing correctly to your WordPress.com site.

    Also, since you have just recently registered your domain (March 19), you’ll have to wait for 60 days if you want to transfer it here.
