Upgrade to latest WP results in query.php error

  I have downloaded, expanded and uploaded the files for the latest version of WordPress to both of my sites.

  The one site works fine, but the other site is throwing this error that says “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class wp_query in /home/kemark9/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/query.php on line 295”

  I’ve tried re-uploading the query.php file, but that doesn’t fix the problem.

  I don’t know PHP, so can’t begin to edit this file and feel comfortable about it.

  Any help is gratefully accepted.
