UPGRADE TO PERSONAL

I am a guest on your Platform with librini.wordpress dot and I would like to upgrade to the personal.
But I do not like an authomatic renewal – I would prefer manual, is it possible?
if, after 1 year, I want to come back to the free, will my blog be deleted?
if I get the personal, and the name of my blog will become librini dot come (without the wordpress in the address), what about the link I posted all around the web in these years? will they send automathically everyone to the new address?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Auto renewal is the default setting for upgrades as the main reason most people upgrade is to get a custom domain name. It can be difficult and more expensive to recover a custom domain name if your plan/domain lapses after twelve months have passed. With a custom domain anyone using your WordPress.com address will be seamlessly transferred to it. (The redirection won’t happen the other way around if you let an upgraded plan/domain expire, although you would be able to continue using your free address).
If you only want the plan/domain for a year, or are organised enough to remember to renew it promptly annually then after you have purchsed your upgrade you are able to contact staff and have the auto-renew disabled, as described in this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/

If you are not planning on renewing after upgrading to the Personal plan, you will have to contact the WordPress.com staff and they will disable the auto-renewal mode for you after you have completed the purchase. After your plan has expired your blog will downgrade to the Free plan and will continue existing. If you don’t renew you will lose the possibility of using librini.com and the link will become inactive. If after you haven’t renewed the plan which includes custom domain then someone else will be able to purchase the domain librini.com and use it for their website. Would you like me to disable auto renew on your Personal plan? As @baldfreud mentioned, the plan will need to be manually renewed but a reminder will be sent to the email address on your Account Settings page closer to the time.
